Aufgaben

  • Einsammeln und Verteilen von Laborgefässen und -abfall; Spülen und Trocknen der Laborgefässe
  • Vorbereitung und Sterilisation (Autoklavieren) von Laborwasser, -gefässen, -instru-menten und -abfall sowie Laborverbrauchsmaterialien (z.B. Pipettenspitzen)
  • Verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Spezialreinigungen und -desinfektionen
  • Waschen der Labormäntel und -schuhe
  • Pflege und Wartung von Geräten (Autoklav, Spülmaschine, Tockenschrank, Reinst-wasseranlage)
  • Warenannahme und Eingangskontrolle
  • Vertretung für Kurierfahrten der Export-Abteilung (z.B. nach Basel oder ZH Flug-hafen)
  • Reinigen, verpacken und etikettieren von Mikrotiterplatten gemäss Qualitäts-standard ISO 9001; Dokumentation der Arbeitsabläufe
 

Profil

  • Erfahrung im Reinigungs- und Hygienebereich sowie im Laborumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss; Kenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Technisches Verständnis für Bedienung von Geräten (inkl. Fehlersuche)

Main Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and represent InSphero products and services in the market, through customer visits, conferences, meetings and trade shows
  • Provide presentations, scientific and technical product support, trainings and workshops/seminars to customers and sales team
  • Facilitate sales and revenue generation through consulting with the customer
  • Provide project consulting for selected customer service projects
  • Identify and qualify new prospects and product ideas based on scientific discussions
  • Qualify customer feedback, application needs and interests
  • Monitor competitor’s activities and read key publications to keep up to date with the latest trends
  • Serve as deputy to Business Development Managers during vacation

Profile

  • PhD in Biology or other Life Sciences
  • Min. 2 years practical laboratory experience in cell culture techniques, ideally 3D microtissues

  • Ability to travel approx. 40% of time (mainly Europe, occasionally overseas), driver’s license

Head of Marketing, Switzerland (100%)

Reporting to the Chief Business Officer (located at the company headquarters in Schlieren, Switzerland), the Head of Marketing is responsible for driving all marketing activities within the company. This includes the development and execution of InSphero’s global marketing strategy as well as state of the art marketing techniques by targeting primarily pharmaceutical and biotech customers. Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global marketing strategy incl. brand strategy and communication plan to further strengthen the company’s market presence and position
  • Develop and implement an annual marketing plan based on business targets ensuring effective return on investment is achieved
  • Build and manage a dedicated marketing team ensuring customer-focused and efficient execution of all marketing tasks and projects
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects; monitor progress through KPI tracking and submit quarterly performance reports
  • Produce, edit and manage the company’s online presence, printed materials, editorial design and publications incl. press releases

Profile
