Aufgaben

  • Bereitstellen und verpacken von InSphero Produkten für den Versand unter Beachtung der relevanten Regularien (Bekannter Versender, Gefahrengut, IATA etc.)
  • Auftragserfassung, Organisation und Betreuung von Luftfracht Exportsendungen
  • Erstellung von Versand- und Exportdokumenten
  • Erstellung von Zolldeklarationen
  • Erstellung von speziellen Warenbegleitdokumenten für länderspezifische Behörden (z.B. USDA, CDC)
  • Verfolgung und Auswertung von Sendungen (Erfolgsraten, Kosten, Dauer)
  • Betreuen der Schnittstellen zu Frachtführern (Angebotseinholung und Prüfung, Buchung von Sendungen, Nachverfolgung und Problemlösungen)

Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Speditionsausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Export von Vorteil (z.B. Export-Sachbearbeiter/in)
  • Erste bzw. mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Luftfracht (Export)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hoher Grad an Flexibilität

Sales & e-Commerce Manager – 3D Cell Culture Technology Business (100%), Switzerland

  • Routine testing of compounds for toxicity and efficacy using 3D microtissues  
  • Execution of experimental work for service and R&D projects (e.g. mammalian cell culture, biochemical assays) 
  • Modification and creation of new process-related documents (e.g. SOPs, application notes) 
  • General laboratory maintenance (e.g. laboratory cleaning & inventory, equipment monitoring, preparation of reagent aliquots)

Profile

  • Cell Biology lab technician degree 
  • BSc in Cell Biology or Biotechnology is a plus 
  • 2-3 years of professional laboratory work experience is a plus 
  • Solid experience in mammalian cell culture work, biochemical/cellular assays and the use of technical equipment (e.g. microplate reader, ELISA, microscopy…) 
  • A resilient person able to work both independently and as a team 
  • Ability to work very reliably under aseptic conditions 
  • Precise, consistent, and impeccable experimental execution  
  • Comfortable working in highly regulated and aseptic conditions according to precisely defined standard operating procedures

Reporting to the CEO, you are responsible for driving the marketing activities within the company with a key focus on the development and implementation of a global marketing strategy. Main responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of a global marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital marketing to further strengthen the company’s market presence and position
  • Drive and manage company campaigns and relationship marketing activities with other functions of the company, including sales and product management
