Label-Free Quantification of Tumor Spheroid Drug Responses in InSphero ARCTis™ Plates

Streamlining the generation of physiologically relevant three-dimensional (3D) cellular models offers significant advantages for biomedical research. Companies support this effort by biobanking primary cells and making them commercially available. One example is the InSphero ARCTis (Always Ready Cryo Tissues) microplates, which contain pre-optimized, cryopreserved human cells that form 3D structures such as spheroids upon thawing. The Spark® Cyto enables real-time monitoring and label-free analysis of these cultures, thereby improving reproducibility and efficiency in high-throughput screening and translational research
